Our trainer John Ryan has an annual barbeque where he invites his students,
past and present. This year was our first opportunity to attend. It
was amazing to see so many dogs in one place, at close quarters, so well
behaved. Folks were walking about, chatting in groups with dogs
everywhere. The dogs had a great time too. Games were arranged and
the Dobes got a chance to show their stuff. Unfortunately we could only
stay until 6:00 as we had another party (a great one by the way) to visit that
evening. Before we left many more guests arrive and continued to arrive
into the night. There was a bonfire that I'm really sorry we missed but
the party was a wonderful experience for us and many others.
