Although I wouldn't consider myself a packrat, I am a collector of a few things; I like music and movies so I've got quite a few CDs, DVDs, Laserdiscs and video tapes. I enjoy comic books so I've got a pile of those. I also enjoy an collecting items from a long lost childhood toy. Back in the '60s during the Space Race, Mattel released Major Matt Mason; Mattel's Man In Space. They actually got real NASA prototype information to create some of the accessories. The Major had everything a pioneering space farer could need: an inflatable space shelter, jet pack and rocket sled and of course the big iron - the Uni-Tred Lunar Transport, the Firebolt Space Cannon and of course, the Space Station. My wife Mari collects Barbies. I plan to feature photos of her collection here along with my 'boy' stuff. She has quite a collection with some beautiful dolls in exquisite designer gowns. Hey, some girls collect pigs. Mine collects busty blonde dolls in slinky outfits. I can't complain. Comic books are also something I enjoy collecting. Personally I'm a Batman fan but I have numerous other titles. Of course, like most people born in the '60s, I never knew the value of my comics, nor that I should have been keeping them in plastic bags safely stored away. Instead I gave mine to my younger cousin and from there who knows where they went. Since then, however, I've managed to put together a bit of a collection. Click the button to view my collection. Note, only the numbers in BOLD are books I own. If you're interested in buying or trading just let me know.
